AFTER the deposit was paid, suddenly they sent me a notice saying my car will be shipped without any other information including the date and carrier information. I called them and e-mailed them for days and got no response at all.
Then some day the carrier called me all of sudden saying he is going to take the car right now. I had no idea who he was and was not prepared at all.
Also they guaranteed that it's door to door previously, but at that time of calling they asked me to drove the car to a nearby highway site!
Later the carrier didn't inform me any schedule of dropping the car, instead he called me suddenly in some worktime during the day and said he was right now outside my place to drop of my car right now!
I expressed my complaint to Transport Kings afterward, of course there was no feedback/ response.
