I viewed the TV ad for erasing "10 years" by trying their wrinkle serum. Obviously, it did not work, but I didn't panic...knew that I would have to pay the initial cost....about 50.00....Next thing I know I receive another package in the mail and I returned it.....unopened...I emailed them to cancel my account and not send me anymore...Finally I received a reply a month later when I contacted them again because they had billed my account. They said I couldn't return the product and that they would return it back to me at my expense (9.99) I immediately contacted BBB on line.....Don't do business with this company!
