I have dealt with this company on 2 occassions - to purchase a diamond ring and to purchase the wedding band. Their customer service is superb, from the shopping experience itself, to the Tony support, to the returns process, to ring resizing, etc. I cannot say enough good things about Wonderjewelers. I have walked away each time completely satisified with my experience and so happy with my product.
