Hi,NEVER NEVER NEVER use VanLines of America, Inc. They not only lie about their quotes to get the job, they were late, the were not prepare to do their job and then they charge extra for things that they were never mention to you when you call to get a quote. They are a moving company that has NO tools to take a bed apart, in the mean time while you look for the tools the time passes by and you have to pay even more money. They would not unload until they receive CASH ONLY and because they knew that I had the cash one of the two guys went into my purse and stole my money! (ALL OF IT) I had to go to get more cash otherwise they would not unload my stuff. I have heard of companies like this I just never though I will experience them first hand. THIEVES all around it!! PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When I call to report this that guy Bryan hang up the phone on me that's how PROFESSIONAL they are! I understand I can't prove that they stole the money from my wallet, however they were the only people in the house... The quote was for $250 I ended up paying $450,00 plus a great tip of $300.00 that they gave themselves!!! BECAREFUL STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS COMPANY, I don't want the experience that I had happen to anyone else. Is there something else less than a star I would give them five skulls!!
