Had to move from flagstaff, AZ to San Francisco for a new job and had been referred to VIP through a good friend of mine. Started out by learning that the wonderful city of Flagstaff is a "dead-zone" and had to have an online survey for a quote. The surveyor was extremely nice and made the whole thing a breeze. Everything else went just as well from the customer service rep to the actual driver. Can't go wrong with VIP and will recommend to all who need a good moving company.
