Fantastic and Respectful. On the phone the sales agent from Travel Van Lines was patient, respectful and organized. She gave me the time to collect my scattered thoughts and figure out what I really needed and obliged to every possible detail on my mind and I decided to go forth with them. On the Moving day the movers and the foreman were all fantastic and respectful and cheerfully did stuff we hadn't expected them to do (removed a light fixture so my couch could fit out the old door, figured out how to disassemble/reassemble my antique furniture, did a long haul at the new house when the truck didn't fit down my driveway). They were amazingly mellow about getting things at their respective places. I am short of words to describe them but you have to book them only to feel them.
