We recently moved across the country and our experience with Swift Moving & Storage was a disaster. Our belongings came two weeks after promised, which is understandable since it was traveling 3,000 miles. But when it finally did arrive it was damaged and half of the items were missing. At first when we contacted them they were really nice and said they will do everything they can to recover these items. They said the items had been located and it will be shipped out on the next truck. Two month later they said that it turned out to be someone elses items and there was nothing they can do. Emily and Stan (manager) were our main contacts and now they DO NOT return our calls or get on the phone when we call. We have been calling every day for the past four weeks with no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they lie and tell you everything you want to hear. Luckily we do have a good attorney friend who will be helping us with our situation. By the way, the address for the company shows up as a residential address. They claim to be another larger company with a similar name but they obviously are a mom and pop operation with no business ethics.
