Straight Forward did such a fabulous job that I really felt the need to post a thank you to them and the entire team that made this experience so great. We have a piano that has been in the family for a while, and that was one of our main concerns. Combine that with lots of bad move experiences, and we were very picky with who we went with. We chose this company because they seemed professional and reasonable, but we didn't expect them to go above and beyond to make the move extra easy. Pick up and drop off times were exactly what they promised, price was what we were told from the get go, and most important, the piano arrived in perfect condition. A HUGE thankyou to the entire straight forward moving team, you really made this move stress free!!
