I would NOT do business with this company. They say they do high end work, but don't. Most of the guys who worked on my house seemed to be guys taken straight from the streets. Poor workmanship, squeaky hard wood floors, paint peeling off the house, doors hung unevenly, drafts from new windows( were not sealed right).I did a full remodel and was promised certain material, then " the old bait and switch" Many of my personal tools were stolen from my garage. Talking to the owner "Paul" is difficult once the contract is signed. He is interested in your money but not much else. The other reviewer is a worker at Splendid. Stay away from these guys
