STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Rip off, moving scam!!
Contracted with a company to move my possesions to another state. Soon as stuff on truck price almost doubles! Recorded the entire day of moving. My items were boxes that were numbered and furniture that was lettered pre shrink wrapped and realdy to move. The inventory was nowhere close to mine, driver refused to coordinate. Almost had stuff unloaded in driveway when they tried to charge me more, should have in hindsight!!
Items finally delivered, days late and damaged. Some items never delivered!!
Company Owmer Eli promised to get back to me, to email me info to file a claim. Never called, emailed or responded! Filed complaint with BBB and most likelu will file a lawsuit as my attorney advised. Thought I would resolve and give the company a chance to make it right, I DID, THEY DID NOT!!!
DO NOT LET SOUTHWEST VAN LINES TOUCH YOUR VALUED POSSESSIONS!!!!!
