Expect No Service and a bad product

Do not use this company. Their products are manufactured by FXI who said that their products are their own design and not similar to anything else on the market. Do not be fooled by their claims that their mattresses are in any way similar to the Tempurpedic mattresses.I do not like the block of foam sent me, and asked for it to be removed. Got no response for weeks. Finally, Matt Byrd called with the promise to switch it out for something better, and haven't heard from him after multiple calls and emails. I contacted their finance company, Synchrony Finance, and filed a dispute so I could receive a full refund, and then filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General. I will also contact my own Attorney General's office. There are also Consumer complaint offices I will go to next. This should not happen, and just ignoring issues and remaining in business only to continue to do the same thing to others is enough for me to hope they go out of business. I certainly hope I can help with their demise.
