This company seems shady to me

I believe that Suds is trying to pull a fast one on me. I sent in a cancellation notice and they claimed they did not receive it. I bought
the vacuum cleaner on 12/28/11 and the lady Sara just advised me over the phone that she is just now listening to her messages from that date. Hm, something is not right.
Also, when I called to do a follow up, the contract we signed was for a
company who never heard of us and advised me Suds must be using their contract form. Shady????? The finance guy was rude and changed his story.
He was on my side and told me they would send someone out to pick up the vacuum cleaner. I did not hear back from him until today. I called sud's to see why they have not picked up the vacumm cleaner and she advised me she would call back. She never called me back - Hm.
Shady Shady Shady in my opinion!!!!
