The crew was friendly and on time. I made sure to pack everything with bubble wrap and lots of paper. As a result, nothing was broken, but I was a little nervous as roughness is a result of speed. It's a trade off. They did charge by the hour and we had a couple of stops to make, but they worked as fast as they could, never slacking, except when I insisted on buying them lunch, and they ate in about ten minutes, then back to work. When all was said and done, they were $1000 LESS than my estimate from Meathead movers, who charge by the job, not the hour. I would use this company again...let's just hope I never have to!
