Please! Do not use this co! Please be aware that you should ask the following questions
1)What does your insurance cover, if your items become missing or damage. By weight or VALUE!!!I had art work and according to my claim, they would only pay me based on the weight of my wall paintings,not the value, which was $1200.00. One of my wall painting I had for 17 years. My grandmother loved that picture. Now it's gone!
2)What are some things that you would charge me extra on for packing/wrapping etc that's not included on my orig quote. I was going to be charge over $2000.00 for packing. This was an add'l charge after the quote for moving was agreed on. I ended up paying $1000.00 more. Maybe that's why my paintings are missing. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
3) Ask, if they offer someone to come to home to do quote, so that you know what items would have to have add'l packing charges on.
4) Be aware, that some of your furniture will be broken down into add'l items. In other words, if you have a table, they will breakdown the table and say you have 4 more add'l items on quote! Yes!!! They did this to me.
5) Ask how many storage locations will your property go to and WHY????
6)Please note: If they tell you your things will be there in 2 weeks. They lie!!!!! They have 21 days to delivery your property. Mine was delivered on the 20th day. My son and I had to sleep on the floor for 2 weeks!
7)Last! Never sign anything without completely reading. I was so overwhelmed in relocating and finding another job. I did not read the small print or ask the right questions before they placed my things in their possession.
I will never see my wall paintings again, but I hope this will prevent someone else loss!!!!
