I moved to Kansas City, KS with PM&S, and I had a great experience. I did a lot of research and talked to soooo many movers in the past month, that I haven't talked to in my whole lifetime. I did have a good feeling from the get go, but I did see some negative reviews and I was a little uneasy.... I decided to weigh in my options and give them a chance to earn my business. My sales girl was very nice and knew her stuff, but I asked to speak to their sales manager and voice my concerns. A lady by the name Maria spoke to me, she is I think the sales manager for the company, and she explained how PM&S works and what is expected of me as a customer to provide me with a good estimate. We did go over all the things I was moving, she asked me and reminded me of furniture that I did not even remember I had(don't we all miss little items that we live with for years). She took 1 hr and 45 min to explain every little possibility and option I may be interested, I was impressed. They had me convinced that I am making a good choice. I did ask them to help me pack some of my collectibles, and honestly it was worth every penny- everything they packed got here without even a scratch. I was working with a very tight window and I had to leave CA by the 1st and start my new job here on the 12th, I was assured by Maria that if they move my house on the 29th of March, I will have everything in KS by the 9th of April. Yes she did promise and they did deliver, I received my furniture on the 7th. I am still unpacking and hope to finish by Sunday, I am staring to think I should have hired them to unpack for me too, my back is already hurting. I know there are many good moving companies like the big guys, United and so on, but who can afford them in this times. PM&S did help me move and did so for a fraction of what I would have spent if I went with some one else. I am voting a 100% trust to this company and I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you to the movers that came to my home, and thank you to Maria and the sales team that took such great care and answered all my questions. Yes they are the best!
