REAL ESTATE AGENT BEWARE!!! PLEASE DON'T WORK WITH this Asset Management company Precision Asset Management in Torrance, CA. They are Chase Asset Manager. It is a worst company I EVER WORKED WITH. THEY PUT ALL OF YOUR ASSIGNED PROPERTIES TO CHASE REDEMPTION PROGRAM DESPITE YOU WORKED EVICTION, CFKs, WEEKLY INSPECTIONs AND REPAIRS Estimates, ETC...for them initially and NO listing agreement AT ALL. FINALLY, THEY GAVE YOU $1,000. The Asset Managers are ALL the unexperienced AMs. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TO WORK WITH THEM ON CHASE REO properties they gave you.
FINALLY I QUIT TO WORK WITH THEM as a listing agents 6 months ago and Thanks God I would never to deal with them again...
