Rip off company. Took my deposit based on a quote over internet. Company rep did not honor quote, comments were "I don't do stairs", and "I'd rather go hunting than do this move". Eventually another company performed the move, but Powerloaders did not apply the $300+ deposit to the move, just kept it. When I asked for refund of deposit, I was threatened with quotes such as: "If you post any negative remarks anywhere about World Van Lines, or Power Loaders or Dixie Moving, you will have harmed us and we will hold you financially liable for all damages." "and Do not start a fight that is expensive and that you won't win." Gangsters. Do not do any business with these thugs.
