It took over 3 months for me to get my stuff. Every week I called they said next week. That is after calling 3 times out of the week cuz someone I need to talk to, is ALWAYS 'out to lunch'! (ALMOST EVERY TIME I CALLED) That went on for a month or so. They showed up with a missing box. The big problem is that another one of my boxes had been broken in to and they stole my PS3 and X-box out of it and replaced it packing material. I called and cried to the VP Tom K, He said he had zero tolerance for steeling and he would get to the bottom of this... Never heard back from him! I called and emailed many diff people and no one ever calls back. I have proof they stole it cuz little tracking sticker they put on every box was taped over. They also had an extra (different color) sticker on it.
Funny thing is the box that was broken in to was the only box that PIL packed! All 3 of my games systems were going to be shipped separately. They said to pack it all up in one box... and they did.
What they did NOTHING! They sent me to claims, where I will get $.60 per lbs per item. I even talked to the VP and cried cuz they stole from me. He never called me back.
