I placed an order with PC Planet Systems, only to have nothing happen for 10 days. After sending an email with questions about my order, they told me it was not in stock and canceled it. I'm not going to reorder, because the price went up $30 in the 10 day span. I do not rate this company high reliability wise. Their customer service is severely lacking.

The complaint is untrue on behalf of this customer. All units are available if the unit ordered is not in stock we notify the customer immediately via email. We do not wait 10 days or even 3 business days. We notify asap. Once we have stock available of the unit this customer has ordered we email the customer to notify of availability.
