The person I talked to straight up lied. He told me there is no charge for the service, yet I questioned why he needed credit card information. He said in order to verify my address. I did a google search for reviews of this company and found many complaints about dishonesty and unavailibility once money had been collected. Also, the refund policy is RIDICULOUS! Refunds must be requested in one day by CERTIFIED mail. This company sounds like a big scam to me.
