After a dreadful experience with another moving company last year I was somewhat concerned when I called you because I got your name from a third party whom I didn't know. So I trusted in luck, but this time it really paid off. Your quote was reasonable and your service was wonderful. You came exactly on time to pick up our things. You wrapped all the upholstered pieces in blankets and taped them to keep them secure. The wooden table was totally sealed in plastic to prevent scratching. The rug was carefully rolled and taped so that it would not slip around. Mino and Martin were polite and courteous. While working efficiently, they never rushed just to get the job done. They answered all my questions in a kindly manner. On the day when our things were scheduled to be returned, it was raining and I asked for a delay in delivery until the rain stopped. You were happy to oblige, which I greatly appreciated. When Mino and Martin did come, they removed all the wrappings carefully. They didn't rush me when I wanted the rug put back exactly where it was before. They were happy to get the rug placed on the taped marks I had previously made. When they left, everything was perfectly in place. I will be delighted recommend your firm to anyone inquiring about movers. It was a pleasure to do business with you.
