Our family dealt with this Company (Feb. 09) and in the beginning were satisfied; however, once the move was complete and damage to some of our items was pointed out to the owner (while our items were being unloaded), the good attitude of the company disappeared. It is very difficult to receive insurance compensation even AFTER all estimate requests have been fulfilled.
On the loading of our items as the day progressed the care of our goods became less of a priority, the loaders were rushed and not careful with items being loaded at the end. Not having steady employees in final destination location (used local temp work force persons) may also be the cause of lack of care to our property when unloading. After over a month of trying to get our claim settled, we are still waiting. If you don't mind having your household affects arrive damaged but on-time then you would have no complain with this company.
