This is the worst moving company I've ever used. They broke several items as they were moving it. Also, a large painting went missing all together. I alerted Eric Weiss, the manager immediately, (while the movers were still there) and he told me to file a claim and he would see to it that it was all taken care of. I did just as he instructed and sent the claim complete with pictures of the damaged furniture. Eric then told me that he would not pay to replace it but he would pay to have it fixed and to send him an estimate for repair. I sent him the requested estimate then he said that he didn't want to pay that much to have it fixed so he would have the movers come pick up the furniture and take it to get repaired. We agreed to this solution then the next day he has one of the movers call and say that they won't be taking responsibility for the broken furniture because we, the customer, broke the furniture ourselves after they moved it into our home. This company has no ethics and should not be in business!
