Do NOT hire this company under any circumstances. Unfortunately we did and have been paying the price since January 2013. I called and spoke to "Jerry" and requested 3 guys and one large truck. The price seemed too good to be true and it truly was. Upon
their arrival we were taken aback by their less than professional appearance. I should have gone with my gut and called it off. Hindsight is 20/20. Within 20 minutes they had already stolen my wife's purse and two iPads. My wife noticed her purse missing and
when confronted it mysteriously showed up "on the truck". Through out the day the language, attitude, and thievery only got worse. They were hitting on and making moves on my wife! Good thing for them I did not hear about it until after the arrests. More about
that later. Come to find out the next day, all of our precious jewelry was stolen from the new house. We moved it ourself (of course) but they had the balls to sift through our closet looking for the jewelry box and unfortunately found it. My wife's wedding
rings along with a large amount of jewelry was STOLEN from us. They never finished the job that day and cut out early. Unbeknownst to me, I had just been robbed of over $30 grand worth of jewels, electronics and heirlooms. Two people can't watch 3 thieves.
The night ended with a verbal fight between the three movers threatening each other's lives. Perfect ending to a perfect day. The following day my wife could not locate her iPads. We activated the "Find my iPhone" but they were already erased by then. Shortly
thereafter the jewelry turned up missing and over the next few weeks other expensive items were no where to be found. We immediately contacted the Sheriffs department and filed a report. They acted swiftly and arrested one of the movers (orange county case
# 13HF0180). They raided his home (yes he was a felon on parole!!!) and found his girlfriend wearing my wife's ring! We recovered the most precious items but so much was and is still missing. He pled guilty to grant theft and receiving stolen property. The
others were involved but were never arrested. Now "Jerry" was "nice enough" to not charge us the moving fee. Six months later though he became uncooperative and did hit out credit card and now I am going to have to sue to get my money back. Eric and Jerry
are now dodging my phone calls. After being personally violated, my wife being violated and disrespected, my children being freighted to death, and the nightmare of dealing with an insurance company, you'd think a company would do right by their customers
and stand by them. Not "Liquid Relocations". They also go by other names so you will see this post from me again! Please take my advice and keep your world from being turned on its head. There are plenty of great companies out there. This one is clearly not.
