In hind sight I would stay away from this company. There great until they have your contract. We were moving and contracted with Move On. Jim gave us a quote over the phone and I knew it would be more than that. Not a problem.
The crew was supposed to be 4 persons, 2 showed up. Late-Late-Late. The 2 were great and knew what they were doing. Took 2 days to pack and load, we had to be out the 1st of the month which was the day the second truck arrived. It was hell after that, they needed a second truck, after a discussion we had a truck the next day except it got there at 10pm at night and the driver had no packing material. Long story short, the guy didn't box our mattress or several other items like he said he would do, destroyed the mattress that was 2 yrs old and other items. Delivery was a joke, off the street movers who couldn't lift 20 pounds. Scratched our wood floor. Try to get someone to return your phone call and help with insurance claim, no way. Best thing you can do is find someone else to move you.
