SAM BAKER is the person from the company that will not return calls, follow up in any manner. I too was forced to use Moonridge International Relocation out of default (I had no choice in the matter). My household was shipped from Germany and received by Moonridge International Relocation back in January 2010. After my first 10 phone calls he accidently picked up the phone. I indicated I know the timeframes for my claim and have many missing and broken/damaged items in my delivery. SAM BAKER proceeded to argue with me about the types of missing items ~?~ I turned in my DD 1840 as required. After weeks of attempting to contact the company finally SAM BAKER answered once again. He gave me his email address moonridgeinth@earthlink.net. However, no resolution for the 100% reimbursement of my items appears to be in the future. They promised the additional claim form would be sent out to me 6 weeks ago. That needs to be filled out and returned to the company with more detail about the damaged/missing items. SAM BAKER will not respond or send the needed form. HORRIBLE COMPANY that should not be on a US Government Contract. It appears I may be forced into litigation with SAM BAKER and MOONRIDGE INTERNATIONAL RELOCATION. It will ultimately cost their company a lot more than if they would cooperate and fulfill the government contract.
