Terrible, terrible, terrible......I was forced to use this company as a military member and can't see how they maintain their goverment contract. It has been over 5 months since I received my goods damaged/broken and I can't get this people to repair or replace the items. There is no reply to my e-mails or phone calls for weeks at a time. I finally got them to take some items to get checked and see what was wrong with them and it has been 2 months and they still sitting there waiting to be repaired.
I hope the military cuts this worthless link from our chain of support since they do not intent to follow up with their commitments or contract obligations.
