Run this mans info against the records with the California Public Utilities Commission and you will find that things don't match.Dont let him tell you he is lagit.If you get robbed by someone who's not licensed its your fault not theirs as far as the state goes so be carefull.This man is very aggressive in getting a job and he likes to get his down payment fast and then when you find out he's not legal he doesn't answer his phone after you tell him you want your money back.Hope this helps.
