I would give them zero stars if it would let me.
The total cost of the move was $550 more than quote because of hidden fees and paying additional by the hour. Took 8 hours to move a one bedroom apartment 2 miles. Broke a leg off my desk, broke a lamp, broke a leg on a dresser, damaged a armoire and trunk and damaged the wood floors in original apartment when they dragged my entertainment center across my living room. They harassed me when I didn't give them a tip because they were doing a horrible job. I complained to the company and they said their claims department would call me to issue a refund but I never heard from them. Now they won't even answer my calls. Do not use this company; they are unprofessional and untrustworthy. I do not want them to take advantage of anyone else.
