NIGHTMARE! Do not use this company unless you want to sit around your house with no furniture and hear a different lie about where your stuff is everyday. They picked up my stuff in Colorado on Aug. 24 and did not deliver to me in Boston until October 10th!!!. The original lie was that they quoted me such a good price because they were putting my stuff on a truck already going that way. Yeah right! After they picked up my stuff, the guy told me it would be there in 5 days the latest. Then they said my stuff was in storage because there were no trucks due to hurricane Irene, then they said their trucks broke down, then they said it was a Jewish holiday so they didn't work, then they said they thought I wanted a month of free storage. Then no one answered the phones there for weeks so I finally got in touch with the guy who originally picked up my stuff (I had his cell saved in my phone, thank goodness) and he no longer worked there but he got in touch with the owner who finally got my stuff on a truck. I asked him why no one was answering the phones and he said change in ownership. How do they close up shop and hold people's belongings hostage? I finally got my stuff but the stress of using this company is not worth it. They do not give 2 shits about their customers, they only care about the initial deposit and payment and after they pick up, your stuff is in limbo. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE
