We purchased a good quality set of cookware (as suggested by store owner) from this Kitchen Fantasy in Temecula, CA. After using one of the fry pans only once (following all manufacturers recommendations), we discovered the pan had a piece of metal inside the handle which has come loose. We returned the item to the store before their 30 day requirement and they told us there was nothing they could do and that we would have to pay shipping expenses and deal with the manufacturer directly.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and after several months, I finally received a response from the company with additional lies to the story and the blame put on myself.
BE WARNED, this company only cares about making a profit and NOT their customers. Their customer service is terrible and although they have a good selection of products, prices are high.
I am all for supporting small businesses, but not when I get treated as badly as I did from Kitchen Fantasy. I will NEVER step foot in their store again.
Please note that I gave them a rating of 1 star out of 5 only because that is the minimum I had to put in (It would be zero if I could).
