My experience with Kinky-Curly has pretty much been the same as the 1st reivew ordered products in good faith from this company due to many reviews reving about the product. I ordered my product on a Monday morning and per their website it states all order will be processed and shippe in 24-48 hours the website also showed the product I ordered to be in stock. after waiting 3 days and lots or seaching on thieir website I finally found an email address to contact seller I did this and waited 2 days for a response and did not get one. I then begain a relentless seaach on the internet for a phone number because no where on the site does it list a customer service number. I finally found a phone number on one site in a blog the number is 310-614-2117 I have called this number 5 time and sent 3 emials 2 to the address at the website and the other on her myspace acct and have yet to get a response or call back letting me know if and when my product will be shipped and I just like the 1st review my money was taken the same day I paid but no contact at all about my product I am in the process of filing a complait with paypal whom I paid through and this may be the only way to get my money back and I'm so glad I paid with paypal and not directly through my bank account. Please please no one purchase anything from Shelley which is the owner and founder or kinky-curly if you just have to have the prouduct use paypal just incase you never get the product or any response you can get your money back. There are also other site you can purchase the product from and actually get it and in a timely manner the problem seems to be getting it from kinky-curly website itself. I am rating her a 1 but only because there is not a -10 rating listed on this site I am very disappointed because reviews for the product was very positive.
