Had an extremely, extremely poor experience with this company. Be VERY careful that you understand the insurance policy which the representative will strongly encourage and influence you to accept. It is based on .60 per pound which is really no major compensation. Had several pieces damaged in a 2 mile move one of which was a $2,000 glass desk. Due to the .60 per pound insurance, I got a check of $150 which basically would over a replacement desk from IKEA. I would highly recommend NOT using this company.
