Horrible company

Please stay away. They do not honor claims , which has been documented many times. They break articles. Their rates and estimate far exceed what the final weights are, but minimal refunds. They push insurance but it is worthless and takes months to resolve. They charge for unpacking but do not allow enough time to adequately unpack.
They are totally unsponsive to customer needs.
