STAY AWAY!!! I had been a long standing customer but when I actually had an issue with an employee compromising my confidential information absolutely NOTHING was done. The manager never even returned my call or apologized. And to make matters worse the employee, Rachael, who caused the problem, refused to let me speak with anyone but herself putting into an anger frenzy. She sat on the phone just constantly badgering me and refusing to transfer the call. How unprofessional. I will make sure I inform everyone as to the lack of professionalism and general disregard for their customers. How disappointing. Thank goodness for Hyde Park or I would've been lost for Christmas shopping.
