I cannot have enough words to express how deeply satisfy I am with the service that Guardian Moving provided to me, I move from New York City to Maui HI in April, oh Hawaii such a beautiful place! Anyways, since it was such a big move for me and my family, my stress levels were extremely high, well these guys made my relocation really stress free. I got such a great customer service since the beginning, Chris my sales rep is awesome, he always was so attentive with me, and answer all my questions he made me feel so comfortable and confident that I choose his company to do my move. Well when the movers arrived all the promises that Chris made were true, the movers were amazing, they were polite, very professional and fast. The movers packed my items really good and they finish quickly to try not to be such pester for my neighbors (since we had to rent the elevator at my location to carry the items down the stairs). Once they took my items, I called dispatch to find out when the items will arrive, Crystal in dispatch helped me so much, she always kept me updated in regards to my shipment, such a nice girl. Well the moment of truth, my items arrived to Maui, well what can I say, they arrived in perfect condition, no damages whatsoever, Tim at delivery was very polite, he made sure to check his inventory list so all the items listed arrived and Tim and his crew finish the delivery quick. Well am I using Guardian again? Of course!! I will totally use Guardian, its such a great company that I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it. Thanks Guardian for a great service and for proving that a cross country move can actually be a great, stress free experience, Aloha!:)
