I thought I contracted with another company, Alliance Moving. Then I see the papers are all different. Too late to change. They are there and the move is in process. They came a day early. Made us wait at the other end for our goods. All monies were paid, some in advance. Boxes upside down when delivered. Furniture hurt. Not all boxes arrived. There were two boxes from some other client and they took them with them. Hustled from the moment I met the driver. Told me he charged $50 to put a couple of cutup boxes over my large old TV, "to make sure it is not damaged". When putting items in the truck they put our goods in front and behind another person's goods. Items fell over even before all my goods were in truck. Now in process to have them find our boxes of books that did not arrive. They refuse to send paperwork for claim. Really a horrible experience. This was in April and May of 2012.
