i called this company because they received a b rating on the bbb.com site even though they were only listed one month ago. i spoke with rosy who was very nice and answered all my questions. we spoke a few times and she was going to personally come to my apartment and give me a not to exceed price for the move. when i called a few days later to schedule the appointment, she no longer worked there. i spoke with maria who said they had problems with her (the company is only one month and they are having internal problems?) she said they would honor what rosy quoted which was fine with me and we scheduled someone to come over and give me a not to exceed estimate. no one ever showed up. when i called to find out what happened, i was told that they had a personal problem. i asked why no one had bothered to call me to tell me that no one was going to show up and got no answer. i mentioned that i'm concerned that if they don't even show up to have a contract signed what if they don't show up on the day of the move and maria hung up on me. i'm glad this happened as i will not give a shady company thousands of dollars. beware of this company even if they have a b rating, it's only because they're a new listing.
