I just wanted to write to tell you how pleased I was with Francisco and his crew at Flatrate in Los Angeles. They showed up on time then proceeded to do an amazing job. I have rarely seen such efficiency and professionalism as these guys displayed during the move. Not a single piece of our antique furniture was so much as scratched; expensive lamps were disassembled carefully and wrapped with great care, valuable paintings and other artwork were taken down from the walls and wrapped then packed into boxes.
At our new place they were equally efficient and conscientious, and everyone on Francisco’s crew was unfailingly courteous and went out of his way to see that we were satisfied with the job being done. Francisco and his crew are a credit to FLATRATE Moving. We will certainly call upon your company when we move again.
