This company is an absolute NIGHTMARE!!! They sent someone to our house to give us a price - he was very nice and gave us a price- promised no surprises, promised timely service, etc. I bought it. I had two other companies give me a price that was only 200$ more than Flat Rate but decided to go with Flat Rate. Big mistake. First day of the move, the guy Ryan comes to our house and tells us that the move is going to cost much more than quoted. He then begins to treat me so arrogantly that I ended up in tears! He then says that they do not have enough man power for our move so it will take an extra day. He then takes 3 days to pack putting us back for our move. They then say they don't have a big enough truck so the rest of our will arrive a few days later! All along they all give you attitude and treat you as if YOU have done something wrong! The customer service is HORRIBLE and no one has any answers. They say "these things happen with moves". I WISH I would have gone with the companies that were 200$ more. Could have saved myself hours on the phone and mental anguish for my family.
