i ordered from easy feet on 12/27/10 - buy one get one free; i was charged for two pair of east fee scrubbers; more than tripple the shipping and handling rate of $7.99; i discovered this after i entered all my credit card info and my order had already gone through; i immediately called the company to cancel the order, I was told that it takes 24-48 hours for the order to be completed so I would have to call back to cancel the order; i called back within 24 hours on 12/28 and was advised that the order had been shipped.
i will send it back to easy feet when it get the package; i have already been advised by my credit card company that if there is any problem getting my refund that they will intercede on my behalf; however, it is obvious to me that there was no waiting period between the time that i placed the order before i could call to cancel.
the company outright lied to me and i would never deal with them again.
