My husband raced at this school on October 24, 2010,
but his original race date was supposed to be on October 23, 2010 but do to
the total disorganization of the company, his race date/time was massively
delayed that day so then it started raining & we got pushed to Sunday.
Having his race date moved only meant that we were out the cost of a hotel
room for a second nite because we drove over 6 hours to be there for a
Saturday race.
On top of the horrendous delay, every T-shirt we tried to purchase from
the souvenir stand for our 2 kids they didn't have the right size in any
shirt. So to me that alone was false advertisement when your signs say 2T
and up. Well we decided to but a shot glass or a beer mug and everything we
attempted to buy was out of stock, so already I had a sour taste in my mouth
with this company.
So we ended up purchasing their racing DVD, which NEVER came. I spoke
with a man, whoever prints the DVD's, on December 23, 2010 who explained
that there was an issue with the equipment and we would not be receiving a
DVD but instead a refund & that our refund check was in the mail. Now sir
here it is February 23, 2011 and still no refund check. Our address nor
phone numbers have changed. We have also NEVER received his racing certificate.
I am severely disgusted with this company and the total lack of
organization and the lack of customer service that my husband and I
received.
I was told a week ago that the owner of the company, Mark Ebert, was personally putting the check into the mail & we still don't have a refund.
