Mortgage Free for Life is a scham!!! I thought I was buying a book to teach me how to pay off my mortgage faster and be debt free. I was given a 30 day return notice, however when it came I could not find a telephone number to call and get a return authorization. I waited until I got a invoice for my credit card and there was a phone number. However, they absolutely would not refund any money or accept the return. I begged them not to charge my credit card because we were both out of work. I sent the product back anyway to the address where it came from and the package was accepted, because I did a receipt of acceptance. They still continue to charge me $79.99/Mo. I have called mutiple times to have them stop charging and they refuse, even though I don't even have the product. So to date It has cost me $820.75 for nothing. They have no empathy for the person who is suffering financially, when that is exactly what the company wants you to believe, that they will solve your debt problem in just a few years. They deserve no stars, but the rating won't let me delete all of them

The customer is disputing the LEAP Online Software charges, however is past the 30 day money back guarantee. The installments of 79.99 are for the software of which the customer requested as part of their order, which is a 30 day trial. Since the software has been kept past the 30 days, 5 monthly installments of 79.99 have been instated 30 days after the order was shipped.
