Not a company to use for your move.
Arranged for a pick up date and time of October 9 or 10, 2009. No call no show. Get ahold of them finally and they can't be there till Monday. So we arrange for next weekend. They do manage to make that. Items are to be delivered in Maui between 11/3/09 and 11/23/09. Didn't make it. Items make it to Maui 12/2/09. Company fails to pay port fees so items not released by port. It is now 2/10/2010 and items are still not released from port.
When calling Cross Country no one seemed to be able to give me an answer on why items not released. Neither Raphael, Carmen nor Mike will now return my calls. No one will explain what is wrong.
Cross Country Van Lines is not a company to use if you want your things moved.
