It is now 11:30 AM and I am still waiting for the movers who were scheduled at 7 AM to arrive. I got a call the night before that movers would be here at 11 AM. I told her that would not work as I had to be in Boston before 5:30 PM or I could not move in. She told me she would call me back and never did. No one was answering the phones and the person who booked the move told me when I booked that he would email me his cell phone number and never did.
On the next day, moving day, no one showed up. I finally reached a human being at 9:20 AM. They told me the person responsible was on a call and would call me back. I advised her it was urgent.
I did not receive a call back and I called again at 10:15 and was placed on hold for twenty minutes before the called dropped.
I called again and was told that a truck would be here between 1 and 3 . I told them that this would not work and explained why.
After much back and forth I was told I would get a call back from the manager. I told the person that they were escalating the situation by not answering my call, putting me on hold until the call dropped, and now be telling me a manager will call me soon. Making me wait for an extended period of time to deal with a matter that is urgent to me will only escalate the situation. I was told I would receive a call from the manager within 10 minutes.
Here it is an hour and fifteen minutes later and I am still waiting. My stuff needs to be loaded and I need to arrive in Boston, over two hundred miles away before 5:30 PM or I will not have access to the unit today.
For work related reasons I must be living in Boston by tomorrow. This company's irresponsibility is putting my employment in jeopardy, and they could care less, they won't talk to you, and it is all a game to them.
Do Not, I repeat, Do Not use them.
