This was a terrible company to deal with . I secured the moving contract with Lucy via Visa but when the 2 male movers arrived they demanded cash and stated the company Visa system was down. They then informed me they expected a tip and then advised they had done prison time and 1 was currently on parole. Im not sure if this was for intimidation but as a disabled female living alone it did not feel safe. I called Lucy from the company and she asked if I was able to read the contract and if I understood English. I will never recommend this company to anyone especially housing units who were currently looking for a business relationship with a specified professional moving company.
