I went to this store to BUY A CABLE for my trimmer. The service desk person told me HE WILL ORDER ONE. The service person said they can also install it and it will cost $18, so I left my machine there. 2 weeks later they called me to tell me I need a cable and I own them $30 for this information. I told them I knew that already and I ORDERED the cable which should be there already. Service manager said the service desk person "do not know anything" and I own them $30 or they will keep the trimmer and sell it. This is blackmailing and the service you can expect from them.
