We are 2 days before leaving to Vegas for a nice weekend away from the kids. Made hotel reservations and took time off work but I had a funny feeling so I started calling Blue Groundways to confirm reservation and the 888 number is out of service! I too was told that the days we chose to go to Vegas there was no bus avalible that we would be driving in a "nice" Lincoln Navagator with beverage and lunch service. LUCKLY for us, I purchased this trip off Groupon (a Wonderful service)so I called them (Groupon) and they refunded our money back. They too have heard nothing but issues with Blue Groundways & have been giving refunds back to thouse who purchased their trip off their site. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (Blue Groundways)... I guess you couldn't if you wanted to because their number is out of service, like it should have been along time ago it sounds like. Sorry to you all there who got left stranded, thats really sad.
