They made our night a nightmare. We asked to be picked up at a club and dropped of at bossa nova. Unfortunately I left my cell phone in the cab. 5 minutes later I called my cell and the diver which I tiped very well in a very rude voice said that he's busy and in order for him to dropp of the phone it'll cost me $50! And I asked him u were here 5 min ago where can u be b he said I'm in oc! Long story short after making 5-8 calls to the supervisor which he also was an idiot. The supervisor said that your cell phone is with another driver. Why? He never told us. It is 5:30 and it's freezing outside. So I asked the supervisor to have the new driver bring my phone and the supervisor said it'll cost you $40. So I had to pay $40 at 6am and get my phone. I will NEVER ever use Beverly hills cab again. Bunch of middle Easter theifs.(I'm middle Easter 2). But they were awful. With all that being said; supervisor told menif I didnt pay the $40 he would have given my phone on tues afternoon. And this was a sat night.
