I was very pleased with the service of Best Rate. The transaction went very smooth. There was no miss communication issues and such, other than being 3 days behind schedule on delivery. The movers once they arrived at my house were very professional. They
were efficient and yet very careful. Once they got to my new house in Chicago they put everything away in the designated area. (Although it took longer than I expected) they did a great job. Thank you to the office staff who oversaw the process.
